Made to order
Every frame is built by hand after you order it. Wood is a natural material, so grain pattern and stain color vary slightly from frame to frame and from the images on this site. That variation is a property of the material, not a defect, and it is not grounds for a return under our damage policy. Either way the 120-day promise below covers you.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are the prices shown at the time you order. Options you add during configuration are priced on the product page before you reach the cart. We take payment when you place the order, because production starts from it. Sales tax is applied where we are required to collect it.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States only, by FedEx or USPS. Shipping is $9.45 for a diploma frame and free on orders over $200. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from order to delivery; that window covers manufacture, inspection and packing as well as transit. We cannot offer next-day shipping on a hand-made frame, but we can sometimes expedite. Email us and ask.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order to change or cancel it for a full refund. After that the frame has entered production.
Returns
Return your frame within 120 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, with no restocking fee. Frames must come back in new condition in their original packaging, and return shipping is yours unless we erred or the frame arrived damaged. Custom modifications beyond our standard options, and special orders created with us outside the regular catalog, are not returnable. The full policy is on our returns page.
Damage and errors
If a frame arrives damaged, or we got the order wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you and refund any shipping you paid.
School names, seals and logos
School names, seals and logos are the property of the institutions they belong to. We use them to identify the school a frame is made for, and we offer a frame for a school only where we hold the rights to produce it. Where we do not, we do not offer it: the names we are not permitted to print are listed on our prohibited school names page. Buying a frame transfers no right in any mark to you.
