Every Wordyisms frame is made by hand after you order it. We would still rather you had one you want to keep, so the policy is simple and there is no fine print.

120 days, full product refund

Return your frame within 120 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. There is no restocking fee and there are no hidden charges.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order details. We will send you a return authorization and instructions. Please do not ship a frame back before you have that authorization.

Condition

For a full refund, frames must come back in new condition, in their original packaging.

Who pays return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless we made a mistake on the order or the frame was damaged in transit. In those two cases we cover it.

If something arrived damaged or wrong

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement within one business week of confirming it, at no cost to you. This is separate from the 120-day promise above; it is how we handle our own errors and shipping damage.

What is not returnable

Orders with custom modifications beyond our standard options, and special orders created with us outside the regular catalog, are not returnable. If we made an error on one of those orders, we will still correct it and cover the cost.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that your frame has entered production and the return policy above applies.

Shipping costs

Shipping is $9.45 for a diploma frame anywhere in the United States, and free on orders over $200. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
