from this site is extremely secure. Credit card
information is not retained once an order is processed. |

We have never and will never give away, rent, lease or sell
any of your personal information. You will receive a
receipt e-mail with purchase and will never receive an e-mail
from us again, unless we need to contact you with
a question about your order. We do not sell your e-mail address
to bulk e-mailers. We value your business and would
never practice bulk e-mailing. |

Shipping |

Your frame is
hand made when it is ordered, and thus we cannot offer next-day
shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks for manufacture and delivery.
We make every effort to get your frame to you as quickly as
possible. We ship via UPS Ground to US and Canadian addresses
(please no P.O. Boxes). UPS rates are calculated online based
on your postal code in order to insure the smallest possible
shipping charge. Each frame will be shipped in a separate box
to protect it. |

Return Policy |

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact
customer support and we will remedy the situation. If
your order has been damaged in transit or an error has been
made on our part, we will replace the damaged or incorrect
order and refund any shipping charges. In all other situations,
we will exchange the order or issue a refund less all shipping
charges if the product is returned in saleable condition.
There is a $25.00 charge for re-cutting an order
due to an incorrect diploma size. |
